Condoms are the only contraceptive to protect fully against pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections. That’s why it’s so important to get it right. Here are some dos and don’ts to remember:

The Do’s

If you’re unsure about getting the condom on, it’s a good idea to practice when you masturbate for example. Especially if you are new to using condoms, this can help improve your technique and confidence.

Not all condoms fit and feel the same way. It is a good idea to use different brands and types to find the best fit and feel your needs.
