Dome CCTV cameras have become increasing popular of late, the dome shape referring to the casing in which the camera is encapsulated. The sleek design ensures it is easy to fit into smaller spaces and makes it suitable for both outdoor and indoor use. The dome shape also allows for the camera to be rotated 360 degrees to guarantee all angles are covered.

Bullet CCTV cameras are more iconic in design, which also makes them more visible and therefore a deterrent. The cylindrical shape is ideal for observing long distances, this makes them ideal to be placed outdoors as their casing are designed to protect them from challenging weather, water, dirt and dust.
