Massage – Massage is a great way to relax and unwind and having a regular massage can also improve sleep. Even if you have a busy and stressful life, you can fit in a massage with the help of a company like mobile massage London based company Massage House who will come to your place of work to massage you.

Diet – This is a huge part of a good night’s sleep. It is good to avoid eating late at night – try to aim to eat before 7pm at the latest to aid digestion and for a better night’s sleep. Cutting down on caffeine is also a good idea, or if you are a real coffee addict try only having coffee in the morning.
